Technology

PHOENIX MECANO PLASTIC SRL regularly updates all software applications used to defend known attack surfaces, on all levels (means used by colleagues, server operating systems, virtualization layer, guest operating system, application).

We apply a redundant and scalable infrastructure that has no point whose failure would cause service to stop.

On a daily basis, automatic and encrypted data that is ported to another data center is automatically saved so that, in case of emergencies, the possibility of restoring data is ensured.

We follow adopted industry solutions such as the Open Web Application Security Project (OWASP) and Cloud Security Alliance Cloud Controls Matrix (CCM).

Access Protection

Physical access to infrastructure is extremely limited. In all cases, appropriate identification is required.

Network safety

Data storage servers are separated from the outside by multi-level firewalls. Only dedicated load balancing servers have an internet connection.

Application servers and data storage servers operate on separate internal networks, the connection between them is ensured by a firewall – on the intermediate load balancing level.

Clear data/test/integration test/development environments operate on different networks.

The stored data is protected by alarm against penetration and attack of electronic deception (phishing). Unused services, protocols and software will be removed.

All our software works from minimal bases, installs only the necessary software.

The effectiveness of internal procedures and rules is controlled by external security audit.

Juvenile policy

We do not intend to knowingly collect information from minors. We do not target minors as potential beneficiaries of our services.
